The Male and Female Standards chart is just to help you gain a better idea of different levels of fitness. While it may seem impossible to some of you at first the standards can be accomplished through proper and consistent principles of health and exercise. True fitness is a balance of strength, agility, power and endurance. The goal is to progress in each category to attain excellent overall fitness.
There are many other tests that could have been included in the charts. There are also many other factors not accounted for in the chart. The chart above provides a general guideline and should give you a good estimation of where you stand, what your strengths are and where you need to improve.
