2) All workouts are based on effective physiological principles of health and exercise. They are not the latest and greatest magic lotion, potion or pill.
3) All workouts are easy to understand. You just perform the workout! You can also watch a video for each exercise to understand how to perform them correctly.
4) All workouts are challenging enough to consistenly help you progress. At the same time they are intelligent and not the common more, more, more theory of exercise.
